This private coaching program is a complete game changer for female athletes. It is only available to a select group of athletes and clients per year.
In this program you will have the opportunity to work directly with Coach Carter, receiving the highest level of mentoring and support available. The program begins with a personality assessment and introductory meeting, used to assess the intricate details of your mindset and behaviors. It will be followed by subsequent sessions personalized and custom to the specific needs of each client. All clients will benefit from Coach Carter’s expertise in working with the world’s most elite female athletes, formulating an unparalleled ability to also help you unlock your confidence and elevate your performance.
This transformative coaching program is available in 10 session packages, renewable as needed. This private 1 on 1 coaching is a highly exclusive program only available to a limited number of athletes per year. We do this to ensure the highest level of service and support to you, the client, as possible.

It will not only optimize performance, it will unlock her confident mindset, helping her to resiliently own HER power in the world

Confidence Bootcamp
(Small Group Coaching)
If you are looking to work directly with Coach Carter, for customized and in depth programming & support, at a fraction of the cost of the 1 on 1 sessions, the HER Confidence Bootcamp is the answer. This world class mental performance training program is above and beyond the normal group coaching programs. Each cohort member is intentionally selected in order to bring a strong and cohesive group of student athletes together at one time. This program is best optimized at a 6-8 member capacity.
Over a 5 week period you will be guided by Coach Carter through customized online coaching calls. Being a part of this program, you also receive lifetime access to weekly video and audio content. This program is designed to unlock HER confidence and elevate HER performance, so that she can overcome barriers that get in the way of her peak performance. You will not only build unshakable confidence but will also build an elite mindset. In this group environment, you will form lifelong bounds of support, learn and grow from shared experiences, and become female athletes who together own their power in the world.
